The safety of our team members, clients, and community is our #1 priority. This is a new “normal” that is challenging for us all. We recognize that this pandemic is affecting our team members, clients, and community. And yet, we are so thankful to be navigating these trying times together. 

In March, we activated our Business Continuity Plan to keep all the team members safe. We remain committed to supporting the general health of our team members while maximizing productivity within the workplace. As previously stated, our systematic business processes (payment processing, reporting, & account management) have not been impacted and will continue to remain business as usual. The company’s call center and client-service teams also remain consistently engaged.

Our cloud-based solutions mean that anyone using our

telephony system, eqConnect, can manage outreach campaigns through an advanced preview dialer and Interactive Voice Response technology; allowing companies practicing social distancing by having employees work remotely to stay current on productivity even in these challenging times. 

Equiant has continued to support its clients and partners despite the extended stay-at-home order through May 15th for the state of Arizona, as our services are considered “essential” by the state of Arizona. However, we have reduced the number of team members who are on-site at our Chandler office to essential duties only.

All other team members have transitioned to work remotely in support of social-distancing and recent environmental changes. Rest assured that we continue to provide the same outstanding service remotely as we did within the walls of our Chandler office.

We will phase our team members back into the office starting June 1st at 50% capacity through July 31st while the remaining 50% continue working remotely. We will continue to evaluate the situation as time goes on. We are using this valuable time in May to sanitize the office space as well as provide additional safeguards for our team members upon re-opening such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, facial masks, just to name a few.

As this situation continues to evolve, we will update you with any additional changes. In the meantime, stay healthy and safe – we will get through this together.
