She brings extensive experience in receivables servicing, technology and banking. Ericka is most passionate about building relationships and finding solutions to help businesses grow.

Brad carries three decades of experience with him across multiple business disciplines and functions. With 12 of those years focusing specifically on vacation ownership & property management. In these verticals his responsibilities emphasized portfolio management & structuring, contracts, finance, accounting, operations, compliance, customer service and information technology. He is a lifetime learner and believes in leading by example in everything he does!
I love to spend time with my wife and our three dogs. We hike, mountain bike, urban bike, paddle board, and have cooking contests. I LOVE golf, and am very thankful it is not my full time job as I would not be able to pay the bills!

Jon has been involved in the IT industry for over 23 years. He has experience in the following industries: healthcare, mining, telecommunications, aviation, promotions, pension, and pharmaceutical. Jon is originally from Massena, NY. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from SUNY at Potsdam. Jon’s favorite aspect of his role is putting processes into place and mentoring his team.

Lynn, an Arizona native, has been with the Equiant family since 1996. She has 23 years of experience combined within the Operations & Client Relations departments; dealing with ACH/credit cards, cash, non-cash, and new sales processing. Lynn believes it is important to understand every aspect of her own department and all other departments. She is very passionate about life long-learning and integrates learning into her daily routine.
I am spending time with my family and traveling - Some of our destinations have been: Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Europe

Marc started his journey with Equiant in 2001. In January of 2020 he will have 19 years of experience at Equiant. Marc has a Bachelor’s degree from the university of Phoenix; and a Master’s degree in Financial Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Business. He is a certified CPA and is extremely passionate about accounting. His favorite part of his role is his team, they have become family to him.

Wade Burns, a U.S. Army Infantry Veteran, holds 20 years of collections and call center leadership experience. He has an extensive background in client portfolio management and a strong strategic view of clients portfolio’s. He translates these views into tactical behaviors and processes, which is how he built out eqConnect. Wade believes in working hard but also celebrating all of his teams accomplishments.

An Arizona native, Eric attended Arizona State University, he has 12 years’ experience in the payments industry starting in technical support. He came to Equiant in 2017 with a well-rounded background including but not limited to: technical escalations, relationship management, and developer integrations. His favorite aspect of his current position is finding effective solutions to the most difficult of problems!

Anthony enjoys the people and culture at Equiant; he is passionate about the uplifting atmosphere. His favorite aspect of his position is that there is always something new and challenging each and every day!
