Kim started his career in the academic world running tele-fund campaigns and maintaining alumni records for Bowling Green State University, his Alma-mater for both his Bachelor and Master Degrees. He found his way to the timeshare industry and spent 35 years in various senior leadership roles at the Mariner Group and Hilton Grand Vacations from Director of Information Technology to Senior Vice President and Chief Club Officer. His broad experience brings diverse view points of the Customer, Owner and Technology to Equiant.
I’m enjoy spending time with the family, mowing the yard and floating in the pool.

With the first 18 years of his life spent in Dubai, UAE, Neithard Foley brings a global perspective to the table at Equiant as CFO/COO. Not a stranger to hard work, this powerhouse of a man received a graduate degree in Accounting & Applied Leadership from the Arizona State University while working full-time and juggling a household of 3 children alongside his wife. When he hits the office in the morning, his gears are already churning thanks to the great people he works alongside and the company’s bold vision for the future.

With 9 years of Equiant experience under his belt, Peter knows the company like the back of his hand and works to develop meaningful relationships with clients and partners. What fires him up about Equiant is the people, the relationships he forms, and the variety of experiences he has each day. Hailing from the Twin Cities area, Peter holds a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science from Iowa State and now spends his time flexing his mental muscle to grow Equiant as the SVP of Sales & Client Relations.
