Frank enjoys spending his time soaking up the sun in Scottsdale, AZ while he navigates Equiant forward in all the right ways as President & CEO. With a start as an East Coast guy back in Scituate, Massachusetts, Frank enlisted in the Marine Corps as a young man. His years serving our country set the tone for his approach to life and set him off on a path of continual growth, which serves Equiant well. Over the course of his career at Equiant, he’s had the absolute pleasure to know he’s played a small role in the success of many of his colleagues and friends—and that’s what makes him happy when his head hits the pillow each night.

Originally an island guy (Hawaii), Don has since made his home here in the Southwest desert and has devoted his time and effort to the Equiant vision for over two decades as SVP & CIO. A huge fan of the amazing people at Equiant, this world-traveler heads up the information infrastructures that power the company into the future. After earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration at Drake University, he brought home an MBA from Chaminade University in Honolulu.

With the first 18 years of his life spent in Dubai, UAE, Neithard Foley brings a global perspective to the table at Equiant as CFO/COO. Not a stranger to hard work, this powerhouse of a man received a graduate degree in Accounting & Applied Leadership from the Arizona State University while working full-time and juggling a household of 3 children alongside his wife. When he hits the office in the morning, his gears are already churning thanks to the great people he works alongside and the company’s bold vision for the future.

With 9 years of Equiant experience under his belt, Peter knows the company like the back of his hand and works to develop meaningful relationships with clients and partners. What fires him up about Equiant is the people, the relationships he forms, and the variety of experiences he has each day. Hailing from the Twin Cities area, Peter holds a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science from Iowa State and now spends his time flexing his mental muscle to grow Equiant as the SVP of Sales & Client Relations.

Now here’s a woman that understands how important it is to put the “human” in the work she does as the Vice President of Human Resources. With a drive for infusing companies with people-focused culture, Jennie loves to ensure the people at Equiant are taken care of on all fronts. A Tempe native, she holds a B.A. in Psychology from ASU and a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Ask her what she loves about Equiant and she’ll tell you that it’s all about the people and she’s proud of the fact that there are so many long-term employees that call Equiant their second home.

When it comes to all things tech-related, Mike Wright keeps his eyes on the prize—keeping the technology infrastructure operating smoothly and securely. This native Phoenician picked up a B.S. in Computer Science on his journey up the ranks at Equiant, where he started off as an intern over a decade ago. Spurred on by his uber-inspirational wife and two kitty cats, this funny guy loves pushing the technology at Equiant ahead alongside fabulous people and sans the overhead of a large corporate structure. Fun fact: Mike can wiggle his ears without touching them and loves a good beer.
