With the first 18 years of his life spent in Dubai, UAE; Neithard Foley brings a global perspective to the table at Equiant as CFO/COO. Neithard is a proponent of hard work who received a graduate degree in Accounting & Applied Leadership from Arizona State University while working full-time and juggling a household of 3 children alongside his wife. When he hits the office in the morning, his gears are already turning thanks to all the talented people he works alongside and the company’s progressive future vision. Neithard is the reigning 2019 Equiant rib master BBQ champ.

With 12 years of Equiant experience under his belt, Peter’s intuitive grasp of Equiant’s business is like his golf swing. He strives to develop & maintain meaningful relationships with Equiant’s clients and partners. It is clear to all that Peter truly values the relationships he forms, and the variety of experiences he has each day. Hailing from the Twin Cities area, Peter holds a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science from Iowa State and now spends his time flexing his mental muscle to build Equiant as the Chief Business Development Officer.
