EQUIANT FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

Scottsdale, AZ, September 15, 2005 - Frank A. Morrisroe has been named President of Equiant Financial Services, a leading international provider of solutions in receivables management. The former FINOVA Capital Corporation unit was purchased in January, 2004 by EMCC, Inc. of Pembroke, Massachusetts and subsequently named Equiant. Mr. Morrisroe will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company.
